Profit Plate

Profit Plate is a hospitality focused accounting firm that was preparing to launch when they approached us to bring the brand to life. From the start, the goal was clear. Create a brand that feels credible and trustworthy while still feeling modern and approachable. One that signals expertise and professionalism, but also immediately tells you this is not your parents’ accountant.

 

We thoughtfully pulled hospitality language and references into the brand, from phrases like “86 leaving money on the table” to visual nods inspired by trays and stemware, paired with taglines like “serving up profits.” Every detail was designed to showcase not just a specialization in hospitality accounting, but a deeper, lived understanding of the industry, the spaces, and the people behind them.

 

What began as a branding project quickly expanded into something more. The scope grew to include a full website design and social media templates to support the firm’s upcoming launch. This project pushed us creatively in the best way and reinforced how powerful thoughtful branding can be, even in traditionally buttoned up industries. We loved every minute of it and hope to do more projects like this in the future.
